Respected sir, I hope this letter finds you in good health. With due respect, it is stated that my name is [X] appointed as a marketing manager in this branch for the last 6 months. I am writing this letter to inform you about my current state of mind and my distorted physical well-being.
It has been a while since I started feeling dizzy especially during the long shifts of day time. I decided to have a check-up and visited a physician yesterday. The doctor suggested I must get an X-ray and an ultrasound test done. Today the doctor deduced that I am having the issue of low blood pressure and severe dehydration levels.
