Re: Counselling Letter for Lower Productivity at Work and Negligence in Important Matters
Dear Silber,
This letter has been sent to you to counsel you on the negligent activities by your side in important projects and assignments. I have been reported by your immediate manager that you have been showing no productivity for a very long time. You are working at a very important designation, and it holds a lot of significant responsibilities. Neglecting to handle important projects can lead the company to an opposite position. Your immediate manager and supervisor have confirmed this.
During the last two months, you were given a lot of important projects to work on, which did not go well. Your presentations were full of inaccuracies and significant errors in calculations. Moreover, you are not seen as an active part of the company. It is meant to say that you have been negligent in several projects assigned to you. In any corporate and finance company, complete dedication is needed to work at designations like the one you possess.
To prevent this negligence from escalating, I hereby write to offer you a few pieces of advice.
You need to be productive and proactive, so you need to schedule yourself in the best possible way. While working, you need to be focused and concentrated on the most important project in front of you, leaving all other things aside. You can seek help if you do not understand any of the given content or the project, which impedes your focus and smooth working.
The company might suffer a heavy loss as a result of such negligence. If you are not well-apprehensive about the job and the responsibilities it entails, you can converse with the manager or your immediate supervisor about the matter.
This negligent attitude can turn the image of you in the department, and your working position can be evacuated, or it can result in a deduction in salary or termination. All these options are not suitable for you. Therefore, it has been suggested that you investigate this matter and focus more on the work. It will not only enhance your potential and productivity but will also help you in achieving more in your career.
I expect you to mend your ways and will not only be more productive and proactive but also recover what has been lost. I ardently wish you the best of luck. If you want to discuss the matter further, we can arrange a meeting, or you can write to me at [email].
Thank you

Re: Counselling Letter for Not Unproductive and Negligent Acts
Dear Burton,
I am Raquel Shell, the Assistant to the Managing Director, Mr. John Peterfield. I am composing this letter as a counselling notice to you on his behalf. It has been notified to us that you are not very focused on the work and have been very negligent to one of the very important projects. You have been a very regular, punctual, industrious, amazingly talented employee of our company. We consider you an asset to our company.
Since your promotion from Assistant Finance Manager to General Finance Manager, it has been observed that you are very negligent with your responsibilities and seem to be less interested. Your focus has shrunk, and you are falling back from the diligence required and professionalism. Briefly, the administration department has reported that you have been working inefficiently, which is not up to the mark of acceptance.
Burton, our company is well-renowned for its highly professional team and diligent staff members. It is no good for us to be ignorant and carefree when several huge responsibilities fall on our shoulders. I want you to correct your behaviour and focus more on the work. The more you neglect work, the more chances you will have of being demotion.
Neglecting your duties can never be acceptable, especially when you are at such a significant designation. Many projects have gone to loss, and many assignments have been declared erroneous, i.e., made by you due to your intentional/unintentional negligence. Whether the carelessness has been intentional or unintentional, in both cases, it has been declared unacceptable. Continuous negligence can lead to the dereliction of duty and obligations.
Recently, the failure to get tenders from CM3B Company and JRK Groups marks inefficacy at your end because you were the project head during those project proposals. Moreover, the contract that was signed with Engulf Starship Arabia was full of errors, and it was not favourable for the company’s business and deficit proportion.
Such negligent behaviour can cost you a lot. Therefore, I advise you to stay focused and put all your spirits into the work. If you do not agree with your designation or working responsibilities, you can discuss it directly with me.
I expect you not to repeat this and put a halt to all the complaints against you through your professional and highly spirited concentration and performance. You can meet me in person or write to me via email at [email] or call +[X] for further. I wish you good health and quick improvement.
Thank you
Regards
