Re. Note for No Hate and Discrimination
Dear Employees, I am writing this letter to serve you as a notice. Office administration and all the policies prohibit any hate or discrimination in the office based on color, creed, ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other basis. Our company’s policy has been designed in a way that is inclusive and exclusive to all employees without considering secondary factors of identity. Therefore, I am making this sure by writing to you officially to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
We believe in mutual regard and respect for the differences between several cultures. It is to understand that cultural and ethical differences should be treated with respect and tolerance. We endeavor to become a whole organization with diversity and inclusiveness. To make this organization a successful diverse whole, we have designed such policies that endorse cultural mixing and refute intolerance of differences.
To make this happen, we have updated our policies which state that any behavior that leads to hate or discrimination based on these differences shall not be tolerated. Any employee found indulged in such violating or hate-spreading activities will be terminated without prior notice and all the retirement and termination rights will be refuted. Any amount outstanding on the company’s end will be infringed and taken away by legal measures.
Therefore, you are informed to refrain from any activities, speech, compliments, remarks, or comments that lead to hate speech or discrimination on the basis of any factor such as religion, color, and race. We expect a professional and upright demeanor from you in this regard.
Thank you for considering our regulations.
Regards,

Subject: Notice for No Hate and Discrimination in Office
Dear all,
I hope this letter finds you all well and great. With reference to the above-mentioned subject, I am writing to bring your attention to one of the most important and sensitive topics never being discussed and objectified. Here, I am writing and addressing all of you and want to let you all know that any hate or discrimination in any form of communication will not be tolerated. We have decided to design a strict policy that will penalize any employee found to be indulging in discriminatory activities or hate speech.
Such activities are not only prohibited in the office premises but you are also required to refrain from any such acts in personal life, office gatherings, conferences, and social media. As a company, we should foster a demeanor full of tolerance, acceptance, and inclusiveness. As a diverse community, we welcome people from all backgrounds and do not differentiate them on the basis of their color, creed, background, religion, or sex. There is only one scale of differentiation which is based on performance, integrity, and hard work.
With this letter, I want to announce, officially, that we do not tolerate hate or discriminatory behavior in the office. Any employee found involved in any of such activities will be terminated without prior notice. We want to ensure a diverse, cordial, and inclusive environment in the office. Communities with acceptance and diversity are enrolled and ventured on the tracks of success. As a company, we will bring such meetings and agendas that teach tolerance and acceptance toward others with different colors, creeds, religions, sex, or sexual orientation.
We shall appreciate you if you report any staff member involved in such activities. Please consider this letter as a warning notice as non-compliance will result in instant termination. For more, you can write to us at [email address]. Please do not hesitate to give your opinion and provide ideas for how we can ensure inclusivity and acceptance in the office. Thank you.
Regards,
