Oftentimes, there is an agreement between two parties regarding reimbursement of expenses in which one party promises to compensate the other party for the expenses it bears that it is not obligated to bear. When the time to fulfill these promises reaches, one party writes a letter to the other party to request the payment.
If you are someone who has to apply for compensation, you will be expected to write this letter efficiently. Since the purpose of this letter is to convince the reader into accepting your request, your letter often needs a convincing tone and choice of words. Read the instructions about writing a perfect letter to ask for a reimbursement.
Ask for reimbursement:
Since it is a formal letter, you need to request it plainly and simply so that the reader can understand what you are requesting.
Mention the reason:
The reader would like to know the reason for making this request before he decides to approve or disapprove it. Therefore, mention that you need to be compensated for internet-related expenses.
Give details:
Describe the reason from which company you bought the internet subscription, for many days you have used the internet and the bill of what amount you have paid. Also, share the bill through the letter.

I am Mr. ABC, working as a marketing manager in your company for more than 2 years. I am writing this request letter so that I can request compensation for the internet expenses of the company I have incurred.
I am (mention your name), working in (mention the department name). My employee ID is (mention your id). Through this letter, I am trying to appeal to you to please reimburse all the internet expenses that I have paid from my pocket.
As per the demands of my position in the company, I must stay connected to the internet all the time. I ran out of the limited internet utility in the middle of the month and when I discussed the matter with the manager, he asked me to get the subscription from my pocket as it takes some time for the company to issue funds.
I bought another monthly subscription for Rs. 3000. Now, I would like you to please reimburse these expenses. Enclosed is a copy of the bill I have paid. I would be pleased to see a quick response from your side.
If there is anything you want to know, please feel free to take me on call or convene a meeting with me. Thank you so much for your help and support. I am looking forward to a positive response from your side.
